Noblin Design: Christmas Cosy Friends 2009

These four egg cosy patterns are now availble for purchase as a Ravelry download. Santa, Rudolph and the Christmas Tree were previously published in Let's Knit! magazine. They are now joined by their friend, the Snowman and are in pdf form. Each egg cosy uses about 10grams of the main colour of DK weight yarn and small amounts of the other colours. The tree is decorated with sequins and ribbons and the Snowman has buttons down his front.

Rudolph and Santa are knitted, with charts and full instructions for the intarsia colour work. The Christmas Tree and Snowman are crocheted. English terms are used with the equivalent American terms given.

They're not only lovely egg cosies but could be used to decorate your tree or as place setting for Christmas lunch.
